Your area of responsibility

  • Scheduling organisation, support, coordination, instruction and monitoring of all maintenance and repair work
  • Support with relocation and conversion measures, as well as photo and film shoots for the marketing department
  • Carrying out minor repairs
  • Organising/handling vehicle maintenance and cleaning, checking fluids and changing tyres and regularly checking vehicles for defects
  • Internal transport and transport between the Schlingenfeld and Feldstrasse sites
  • Maintenance and cleaning of buildings, daily checks for tidiness and cleanliness, as well as visual cleaning of outdoor areas, winter service
  • Professional emptying of containers for in-house production
  • Passing on information about the need for disposal and supply capacities to the purchasing department
  • Checking, cleaning and refilling coffee machines, reordering missing products
  • Checking, cleaning and refilling the water dispensers
  • General support for various company activities

Your profile

  • Experience in facility management is an advantage
  • Manual dexterity and basic electronic knowledge
  • Service-orientation and engaging personality
  • Class B driving licence and forklift licence if required
