Your area of responsibility

Checking, entering and archiving order confirmations
Generating and sending reminders and delivery reminders, as well as tracking this correspondence
Regular maintenance of confirmed delivery dates and, if necessary, clarification with suppliers and colleagues in this regard
Archiving delivery notes
Support with the procurement of B and C parts during holiday cover

Your profile

Completed training as a commercial assistant, 2 years
Professional experience in purchasing is an advantage
Very good communication and teamwork skills as well as planning and organisational skills
Knowledge of the common MS Office applications and ERP systems
Analytical and conceptual way of working
