Your area of responsibility

Fault acceptance from customers or customer service employees
Customer support for fault localisation by telephone and remote diagnosis
Spare part identification via parts lists
Fault analysis and repair at the customer's premises
Advising customers on spare parts, repairs and overhauls
Quotation and order entry in the ERP system

Your profile

Completed apprenticeship as an electronics technician or comparable apprenticeship
Sound knowledge of PLC and CNC programming
Experience in the field of electrical and electronic fault analysis and troubleshooting
Mechanical repair skills in mechanical engineering
Basic knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics
Knowledge of common MS Office applications and ERP systems
High willingness to travel
Good written and spoken English skills
Professional demeanour with customers
Team spirit, enthusiasm and the willingness to learn
