Your area of responsibility

The setting up and adjustment of machine tools for the production of rotationally symmetrical metal forming components.
Supporting the functional testing of the machines produced, including the associated fixtures and peripheral equipment
Commissioning of our machines under supervision, including in-house machine acceptance tests
Documentation of the forming processes in the Leifeld technology database
Sustainable assurance of customer satisfaction through flexible service assignments

Your profile

Completed vocational training as a mechanic / mechatronics technician with additional training as a technician an advantage
Several years of professional experience in machine and/or tool construction or solid experience in forming technology
Qualified CNC programming knowledge, controls advantageous: Sinumerik 840 D SL; GE Fanuc and/or Beckhoff
Extensive knowledge of machine tools advantageous, especially in the areas of servo drive technology, pneumatics and hydraulics
Good knowledge of the MS Office package, basic CAD knowledge advantageous
Analytical and conceptual way of working
Good knowledge of English, ability to communicate and work in a team
High motivation and willingness to travel, reliability and flexibility
