Technician specialising in mechanical engineering as commissioning and process engineer (m/f/x)

Your area of responsibility

  • Process development of rotationally symmetrical metal forming components as well as
  • Optimisation of the forming processes
  • Functional testing of the manufactured machines including the associated fixtures or peripheral equipment
  • Process-engineering commissioning of our machines including customer training in-house
  • Coordination of assembly work at home and abroad, including final acceptance of machines
  • Documentation of the forming processes in the Leifeld technology database
  • Sustainable assurance of customer satisfaction

Your profile

  • Completed vocational training as a mechanic/mechatronics technician with additional training as a technician specialising in mechanical engineering/machine technology
  • Several years of professional experience in mechanical engineering and solid experience in forming technology
  • Extensive knowledge of machine tools, especially servo drive technology, pneumatics and hydraulics
  • Good knowledge of the MS Office package, CAD skills
  • Qualified CNC programming skills, controls: Sinumerik 840 D and GE Fanuc and/or Beckhoff advantageous
  • Analytical and conceptual way of working
  • Very good knowledge of English
  • Very good communication and team skills as well as planning and organisational skills
  • High motivation and willingness to travel, reliability and flexibility
