Our goal is to ensure that your team does not only understand the technology but also masters its optimal use – from setup and upkeep to preventative maintenance routines.

Where do these training courses take place?

Our workshop on maintenance and servicing of machine tools is offered both at our headquarters in Ahlen and directly at your site. With every machine purchase, you’ll receive an intensive one-week training program in Ahlen, followed by an additional week of on-site instruction at your own facility. Depending on your needs, our experienced process and service technicians conduct training sessions in either English or German. We place great emphasis on ensuring that operators do not only understand the technical processes, but are also learning how to maintain machines efficiently and recognize potential faults at an early stage.

How can further training needs be met?

Should there be a change in your personnel at a later date or should further training be required, we offer you the opportunity to book an additional professional course in machine tool servicing at any time – either at our application center in Ahlen or at your premises.

Training in machine operation and development support

Another advantage: Our training courses go beyond mere machine operation. As part of our on-site development support, we assist you with component development and the further training of your employees. We accompany you from the operation of the control systems to the optimization of your production processes.
