The ST series is the ideal solution for heavy duty forming of rotationally
symmetrical hollow bodies with constant or varying wall thicknesses. Flow forming with cylindrical, conical and embossed chuck contours enables suitable metal alloys, including hardened and tempered steel and aluminium alloys, to be subjected to cold chipless forming.

Inflow rings in one work step: SC series


The flow forming technology of the SC series enables an one piece design of inflow rings for engines. Further processing like the riveting of single parts is not necessary. In addition, the ring shapes can be symmetrical and asymmetrical. Cold work hardening improves the material conditions.

Ring segments for turbines

Strong ring segments SC series


The SC series is ideal when it comes to precise wall tolerances for ring segments of turbines. The machines are equipped with one or two supporters and can be upgraded to hot forming. This allows forming of nickel alloys for example.

Spinners in one work step: SC series


The spinning technology of the SC series requires only one tool for the entire process. Compared to press technology, tooling costs are lower. In addition the process is more precise due to better controlling of concentricity and wall thicknesses.
